Ingredients:

• 2 oz Tequila Soul Mate Extra Añejo
  
• Ice
  
• 0.75 oz St-Germain Honey Liqueaur
  
• 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  
• 2 drops of Orange Bitters
  
  

Preparation:

1. In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Tequila Soul Mate Extra Añejo, 0.75 oz of St-Germain Honey Liqueur, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 2 drops of orange bitters.
   
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
   
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass (depending on your style).
   
4. Garnish with a thin lemon twist or a small edible flower to highlight the floral honey notes.
