Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila Añejo Premium
  • Ice
  • 0.25 oz Yuzu Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz oney Syruo with Ginger
  • Plum

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing glass or shaker, combine 2 oz of Tequila Añejo Premium, 0.25 oz of Yuzu liqueur, and 0.5 oz of honey syrup infused with ginger and plum.
  2. Add ice and stir gently (if you want a silky, spirit-forward texture) or shake briefly (if you prefer a fresher expression).
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a thin slice of plum or a candied ginger strip for a subtle aromatic touch.
