Ingredients:

• 1½ oz Soul Mate Tequila Blanco
  
• 0.5 oz oz simple syrup
  
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  
• Fresh mint
  
• Ice cubes
  

Preparation:

Prepare your glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine:
1½ oz Soul Mate Tequila Blanco
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds to blend and chill the mixture.

Strain and serve
Discard the ice from the rocks glass, then strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Add a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge for aroma and presentation.
